GY’s design team loves a challenge! Our engineering and packaging design team utilizes its expertise along with state of the art CAD software in developing creative, cost-effective thermoformed packaging solutions for your most difficult packaging challenges.
Thermoforming
We like to think thermoforming is less an art and more a science. After all, at its heart, the process simply takes plastic sheet, applies heat to make it pliable, forms it in a mold and trims it from the sheet to make a usable package.

Quality is a “given” at GY. Our customers expect and receive the highest quality custom thermoformed trays and clamshells available. Founded by a medical device packaging engineer, our quality assurance systems were designed and developed with highest medical packaging standards in mind.
